We collect very little. This page says what, why, and who else sees it.

1. Who is responsible

REI Dynamics LLP, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to tanishk@reidynamics.com.

2. What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message.
• When you pay: Razorpay collects your payment details and shares a payment reference, amount and status with us. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• When you visit this site: our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
• During an engagement: business information you give us about your workflows, systems and team, which may include names and work contact details of your employees.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, take payment, deliver the service you paid for, keep accounting records required by Indian law, and to contact you about your engagement. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else processes it

• Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment processor.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
• Email and productivity providers we use to correspond with you and store engagement documents.
• During an implementation, the AI and software providers you ask us to connect. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms, which we will identify before connecting anything.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after. Payment and invoicing records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Engagement material is kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, then deleted on request.

6. Security

We use access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections, and limit access to the partners working on your engagement. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to tanishk@reidynamics.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
