Terms of Service

These terms govern the services REI Dynamics LLP provides and your use of this website. By paying for a service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

REI Dynamics LLP ("Rei Dynamics", "we", "us") is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its place of business in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You can reach us at tanishk@reidynamics.com.

2. What we provide

We provide AI consultation and implementation services for businesses. The two packages offered on this site are:

• Consultation. One working day with your team, covering a workflow walk-through, a prioritised list of tasks suited to AI, and a written recommendation.
• AI transformation. Implementation of an AI toolset for your company for up to five employees, including workflow documentation, per-person assistant setup, integration with your existing messaging app, and onboarding.

Anything outside these descriptions is quoted separately and agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment

Prices shown on this site are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in advance through Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details.

We will contact you within one working day of a successful payment to schedule the engagement.

4. What we need from you

Our work depends on access and availability. You agree to provide, in reasonable time:

• Access to the people who actually do the work being mapped.
• Administrative access to the systems being connected, or a person who holds it.
• Decisions on scope when we ask for them.

Where delays on your side push an engagement out, we will reschedule in good faith, but the fee stands.

5. Third-party tools

Our implementations connect tools built and operated by other companies, including AI providers, email, storage, ERP and messaging platforms. We do not control those services, their pricing, their availability or their terms. Subscription costs for them are yours and are not included in our fees.

6. Confidentiality

We treat everything we see about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to anyone outside our team without your permission. This survives the end of the engagement. It does not apply to information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.

7. Intellectual property

Documentation, workflow maps and configurations we produce specifically for you are yours once paid for in full. Our own methods, templates and general know-how remain ours, and we may reuse them with other clients. Nothing here transfers ownership of third-party software.

8. Limits of what we promise

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue effects, time savings, or that any AI system will be free of errors. AI tools can produce incorrect output; reviewing what they produce remains your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you pay is the one that applies to your engagement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
